Legal Cashier

Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Office Based

This is a varied role covering all aspects of legal bookkeeping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Monitoring bank accounts for incoming monies

· Posting receipts for client and office account to the client ledgers

· Posting and processing payments

· Dealing with queries, billing, inter account transfers

· Other administration work relating to legal accounting

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

· Very organised

· Attention to detail

· Reliable

· Computer literate

· Hard working

· Enjoys working as part of a team

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
• Good understanding of Excel and Legal Accounts Software (preferred)
